How to include exclude files in creating or copying the staging site
From WPTC plugin version 1.18.0, you can include/Exclude the files from your backup while creating the staging or while copying the changes from your staging site to live.
You can change these contexts under WP Time Capsule -> Settings -> Staging -> Include/Exclude Content.
Once you saved the changes, the include/exclude settings will be considered while creating a new staging site or while copying your live site to staging.
